Coverage and responsibility
ULTRA LINKS LIMITED (“Ultra Links,” “we,” “us”) is responsible for the processing described here. This policy covers mobile applications, websites, and related services that link to it. App stores, destinations you select, and optional advertising providers may separately control information under their own notices.
Capture and document workspace
When you start a scan, the relevant product may access a camera image or a page you select from the photo library. It may process page edges, orientation, crop choices, contrast, annotations, filenames, ordering, and PDF output needed for the result. Work that can be completed on the device remains there unless you deliberately choose an export or sharing destination.
Cleanup review on the device
A cleanup function may inspect storage information and user-selected media or files to show possible duplicates, similar items, large files, or other candidates. The product presents a review opportunity; deletion occurs only after your action and remains subject to the operating system’s recently-deleted or trash behavior.
Permission boundaries
Camera, photo-library, file, or storage permission may be requested only when a related function needs it. The operating system controls the available scope. You can deny or revoke access in device settings, but capture, import, save, or cleanup functions that depend on that access may stop working.
Results and destinations you choose
You decide whether to save, print, email, upload, back up, or share a document or PDF. The selected destination then receives the copy and applies its own privacy and retention rules. Check page order, sensitive content, recipient, and destination before completing an export.
A connection to a destination does not mean Ultra Links controls the copy after it arrives there.
Online and support records
When a product accesses an online component or store, limited technical data may be processed, including IP address, device and operating-system type, app version, language, approximate event time, and crash or security signals. Support communications include the email address, message, attachments, and troubleshooting information you voluntarily send.
Optional ads and store processing
Some releases may contain advertising, but this policy does not state that all products do or identify an unconfirmed SDK. An applicable provider may process general device, app, IP, consent, and interaction information under its own notice. App stores process downloads, transactions, subscriptions, trials, refunds, reviews, and store-account records independently.
Purposes, legal bases, and disclosure
Information is used to provide requested functions, respond to support, maintain compatibility, diagnose faults, protect services, administer optional ads or transactions, and meet legal obligations. Depending on context, we rely on contract, consent, legitimate interests, or law. We may disclose limited information to operational vendors, advisers, authorities where required, and a corporate successor.
Retention by location
Local pages, edits, PDFs, cleanup candidates, and settings remain until you delete them, clear application storage, or erase the device. Support and security records are retained only for the request and a reasonable follow-up, dispute, or legal period. App stores, advertising providers, printers, backup systems, and export destinations keep information under their own schedules.
Controls, rights, and security
You can manage permissions, remove local copies, review cleanup selections, and control exports. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent for company-held information. We may verify requests. We use reasonable safeguards, but you should protect device access and avoid sending sensitive documents to support unless necessary.
Age, international processing, changes, and contact
Products are intended for users aged 17 or older; a higher local age or consent rule controls where applicable. Vendors, stores, or advisers may process information outside your region using safeguards required by law. We may update this policy and will revise the date above.
