ULTRA LINKS LIMITED
Deletion follows the copy

Trace it, then remove it.

A document may exist on your device, in an export destination, in a support exchange, or in an independent store. Deletion must be directed to the holder.

Effective and last updated June 23, 2026
01

Local capture and PDF copies

Delete captured pages, imported images, drafts, annotations, filenames, and PDF results through the product, device file manager, or photo library. Clearing product storage or uninstalling may remove remaining working data, but it does not reach copies saved outside the product.

02

Cleanup candidates and device trash

Review candidates before deletion, then use the product or operating-system controls. Check recently-deleted and trash folders if you want immediate removal. Ultra Links cannot remotely delete or recover files held only on your device.

Preserve important files before clearing device trash or application storage.

03

Exported and backed-up copies

Check every destination you selected, including a cloud drive, printer queue, email, messaging service, shared folder, computer, or device backup. Use that provider’s delete and trash controls. Deleting a local source does not automatically delete an independent copy.

04

Company-held support information

Email [email protected] from the address used for support. Put “Data Deletion Request” in the subject and provide the approximate date, platform, and support topic needed to locate the record. Do not send unrelated documents or sensitive pages.

05

Store and optional advertising records

App stores independently control downloads, purchases, trials, subscriptions, refunds, reviews, and store-account information. An advertising provider controls data processed under its own policy. Use store privacy tools, subscription settings, device advertising controls, or the provider’s request route. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.

06

Request details and verification

  1. State the privacy right or deletion outcome requested.
  2. Identify the support email, approximate date, and topic.
  3. Include the platform and relevant country or region if needed.
  4. Avoid passwords, unnecessary identity documents, and unrelated files.

We may confirm control of the email or compare limited details with the support record. An agent may need to prove authority.

07

Timing and lawful retention

We respond within the period required by applicable law. Limited information may remain where necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or compliance. Protected backups may remain inaccessible until overwritten in normal rotation. Independent providers apply their own response and retention rules.

08

Decision, appeal, and contact

We will explain the action taken or, where permitted, why a request is limited. If applicable law provides an appeal, our response will describe it; you may also contact a competent privacy authority. Questions go to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
