Entering the agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and ULTRA LINKS LIMITED (“Ultra Links,” “we,” “us”). Installing or using a product that links to them means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Age, authority, and device access
Products are intended for users aged 17 or older, subject to any higher local age or consent requirement. You must be permitted to use the device and must have rights or authorization for every page, image, file, folder, printer, storage location, and destination involved.
Your limited licence
We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for lawful purposes under these Terms and applicable app-store rules. No ownership transfers, and you may not distribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the product except where law expressly permits.
Source material and confidentiality
You choose the documents and images to capture or import. You are responsible for privacy, confidentiality, copyright, and other rights in that material. Do not process confidential or third-party content on a device or destination that you are not authorized to use.
Scan and PDF quality
Page detection, cropping, enhancement, ordering, compression, and output quality depend on the source and device. Inspect every result before signing, filing, printing, submitting, or relying on it. A generated PDF is not automatically an official, certified, complete, or legally valid copy.
Cleanup remains your decision
Possible duplicate, similar, large, or unnecessary items are suggestions for review. You decide what to delete and should preserve important material elsewhere first. Removal may become irreversible after device trash or recently-deleted storage is cleared, and Ultra Links cannot promise restoration.
The safest cleanup is one you have reviewed item by item.
Saving, printing, and sharing
When you move a result, verify its pages, recipient, location, and format. Printers, cloud drives, email, messaging, and backup systems are independent destinations. Their availability, security, billing, and retention are governed by their terms, not by these Terms.
Rules of conduct
You must not infringe rights, capture material without permission, misuse personal data, distribute malicious code, bypass security, overload systems, falsify a result, facilitate fraud, or violate law. We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to address material breach, legal obligations, or security risk.
Optional advertising, trials, and subscriptions
Some releases may show advertising. If a purchase screen offers a subscription or free trial, review its price, duration, renewal, and eligibility terms. Cancellation must be completed through the relevant app-store account before renewal as disclosed. Uninstalling does not cancel a recurring purchase.
Independent platforms and ownership
App stores, advertisers, printers, export destinations, and backup services operate independently. Compatibility or a link is not an endorsement. The product, software, design, documentation, and Ultra Links marks remain protected by intellectual-property law. Feedback may be used without compensation, but not publicly attributed to you without permission.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, legal, provider, or operational reasons. You may stop use at any time. We may terminate the licence for material breach. Ownership, risk, lawful retention, and dispute provisions survive where their nature requires.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee perfect scans, exhaustive cleanup detection, uninterrupted availability, destination compatibility, or recovery. Ultra Links is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, except where law does not allow limitation.
Applicable law, general terms, and contact
Applicable law governs without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought before courts with competent jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights. An unenforceable provision is severed without invalidating the rest; delay is not a waiver. We may revise these Terms prospectively and will update the date above.
